Footer will be manually managed.

Main Footer Links

Admins will be able to determine the footer links. Links will be laid out into two columns: a left column to display main ASCE pages (renders in bold) and a right column to display more action-oriented pages, such as "join or renew".

For site launch, the left column will include:

• publications and news

• career and growth

• continuing education

• events calendar

• communities

The right column will include:

• about ASCE

• join or renew

• advertise or sponsor

• jobs in civil engineering

• jobs at ASCE

Login

Admins can include a login button in the footer. Clicking will take a user through the login process.

ASCE Logo

The ASCE logo will be a clickable image. Clicking will take a user to the home page.

Contact Info

Admins will be able to display contact info. The following fields will be available:

• phone number - domestic

• phone number - international

• Contact Us link - takes users to contact page

Social Media

Admins will be able to populate the social media icons by placing a link to the corresponding social media platforms. If a field is blank, it will not display.

Chat

The chat function will be carried over from current site. This is an iframe embed.

Legal Info

Admins will be able to edit the legal info. For site launch, the following will be included:

• Copyright Statement

• Privacy Policy - link that will take users to a privacy policy page

• Terms of Use - link that will take users to terms page

Hover State and Linking

Each clickable item will feature a hover state to indicate this. Clicking will take a user to the corresponding page. If the "Chat" link is clicked, the chat dialogue box will appear.
