Requirements
CMS-managed component that can be added to standard landing or standard detail page.
CMS users will select logos from the Sitecore media folder. These items may have a link associated with them. Items will be added in rows of three before a new row begins. Rows populate from left to right.
CMS users can decide if the logos should be small or large. This will be an "all or nothing" approach.
If there is a link associated with a logo image, a hover state will be triggered when a user overs over it. Clicking will take a user to the corresponding page (most likely external).
