Requirements
Title | Description | |

| 1 | Availability | Component will only be available on landing pages. |
| 2 | CMS-Managed | Component will be manually populated, with no limit to the number of items. Admins will select images and links to populate the component.

| 3 | Layout | Grid items will be arranged in rows of four items. Component will be responsive, so that the number of items per row reduces until they are stacked in one column. |
| 4 | Hover State and Linking | If a user hovers the mouse over any of the items in this component, a hover state will be triggered to indicate clickable content. If a user clicks on any of the items in this component, they will be taken to the corresponding topic page. |
