Requirements

Component will be managed by an admin in the CMS.
The button, when included, will feature a hover state to indicate clickable content. If clicked, it will take a user to the corresponding page (internal or external).

1	Image	image	optional	unless there is no image in design. There are 3 in the designed background now (not approved yet). We would have 3 default images that client can change out if they'd like to. User can optionally upload 1 or 3 images. Images will have overlay treatment as default.
