1	Availability	Component is only available on detail pages.
2	Populating the Component	Component can be populated one of two ways: Dynamically admins/content authors can choose a topic or tag from the taxonomy; the component will then pull the three most recent items tagged with the selected topic or tag Manually admins/content authors will choose three articles
3	Referenced Fields	Each item that is referenced will display the following: page title page featured image (if applicable) number of comments; NOTE: comments are TBD
4	Dot Accent	The dot accent will be on the right of the component, with the first row of dots rendering several pixels higher than the tile of the component.
5	Hover State and Linking	If a user hovers the mouse over any of the link items in this component, a hover state will be triggered to indicate clickable content. If a user clicks on any of the items in this component, they will be taken to the corresponding page.
