Column Links

Requirements

Admins will manually manage this component in the CMS. Links will be added per column.
There will be a minimum of three columns and a maximum of four columns. If there is no content in the fourth column, it will not display. The three columns will adjust their width to be centered.
Admins will be able to add sections to the columns. Doing so will allow them to include a distinct header for the section.
