Requirements
Component will be manually managed by an admin in the CMS.
Text will always be centered. Component will include two distinct link styles:
button: centered, only one allowed
directional links: centered, max two links allowed
If a user hovers over any of the links in the component (button or directional links), a hover state will be triggered to indicate clickable content. Clicking the link will take a user to the location specified by an admin user in the CMS.
